BWGRAB – Exchange Policy
At BWGRAB, all products are checked for quality and sizing accuracy before dispatch. Exchanges are only allowed under the following strict conditions:
✅ Eligible for Exchange
We only accept exchanges if:

Wrong item or wrong size (different from what you ordered) is delivered.

Genuine manufacturing/printing defect.

Any mistake from our side.
❌ Not Eligible for Exchange

No unboxing video = No exchange.

Claims of size/fit issues if the delivered item matches the published size chart.

Items that are used, worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.

Subjective reasons (e.g., “didn’t like it”, “expected something else”).
📹 Mandatory Proof

A clear, continuous unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened is compulsory for all exchange claims.

Photos, screenshots, or partial/edited videos will not be accepted.

Without an unboxing video, the claim will be automatically rejected.
💰 Exchange Process & Charges

Email us at sales@bechanewala.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Attach your unboxing video + order details.

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions to send the item back.

After inspection, a replacement product will be shipped to you.

A ₹100 exchange handling fee will be charged for every exchange request.

Exchanges are strictly one-time only per order.

Fake or baseless claims will be rejected immediately.

Customers repeatedly misusing the policy may be blacklisted from future orders.
