BWGRAB – Exchange Policy

At BWGRAB, all products are checked for quality and sizing accuracy before dispatch. Exchanges are only allowed under the following strict conditions:


✅ Eligible for Exchange

We only accept exchanges if:

  • Wrong item or wrong size (different from what you ordered) is delivered.

  • Genuine manufacturing/printing defect.

  • Any mistake from our side.


❌ Not Eligible for Exchange

  • No unboxing video = No exchange.

  • Claims of size/fit issues if the delivered item matches the published size chart.

  • Items that are used, worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.

  • Subjective reasons (e.g., “didn’t like it”, “expected something else”).


📹 Mandatory Proof

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened is compulsory for all exchange claims.

  • Photos, screenshots, or partial/edited videos will not be accepted.

  • Without an unboxing video, the claim will be automatically rejected.


💰 Exchange Process & Charges

  1. Email us at sales@bechanewala.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Attach your unboxing video + order details.

  3. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions to send the item back.

  4. After inspection, a replacement product will be shipped to you.

  5. A ₹100 exchange handling fee will be charged for every exchange request.


⚠️ Important Notice

  • Exchanges are strictly one-time only per order.

  • Fake or baseless claims will be rejected immediately.

  • Customers repeatedly misusing the policy may be blacklisted from future orders.

  • Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before ordering.
