BWGRAB – Refund Policy

At BWGRAB, every product is quality-checked and described in detail (including size charts and fabric specifications) before dispatch. To ensure fairness and to protect against misuse, refunds are only accepted under the following strict conditions:


Eligible for Refund

We only issue refunds if:

  • Wrong item or wrong size (different from what you ordered) is delivered.

  • Genuine printing/manufacturing defect.

  • Any mistake from our side.


Not Eligible for Refund

  • No unboxing video = No refund.

  • Claims of size/fit issues if the delivered item matches the published size chart.

  • Claims of quality issues without valid proof.

  • Items that are used, worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.

  • Subjective reasons (e.g., “didn’t like it”, “color looks different”, etc.).

  • No refund on partial payments after 12 hours of placing the order.


📹 Mandatory Proof

A clear, continuous unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened is compulsory for all claims.

  • Photos, screenshots, or partial/edited videos will not be accepted.

  • Without an unboxing video, the claim will be automatically rejected.


🔄 Refund Process

  1. Email us at  connect@bwgrab.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Attach your unboxing video and order details.

  3. If approved, we’ll share the return instructions.

  4. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection.


⚠️ Important Notice

  • Fake or baseless RTOs/claims will be rejected immediately.

  • Customers repeatedly misusing the policy may be blacklisted from future orders.

  • Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before purchasing.
